If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges for clothes that are defective, that are unworn, unwashed with original tags attached within 7 days of purchase. If the item is worn or damaged we will not issue a refund.
There are no refunds or returns on all sale items.
There will be a restocking fee of 15 percent if clothes have makeup, pet hair or deodorant marks. No returns will be accepted after 7 days or receipt of merchandise.
We are unable to cancel orders after you have received your shipping notification.
Inspect all items upon receipt. If your items are damaged or not described as ordered, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for return, refund or exchange. Contact customer service via email and we will replace if it is still available in stock or issue a full refund. Refunds will be refunded to original payment method excluding shipping costs.
Please email customer service within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and provide tracking information of returned item.
Please return the unworn clothes with a note and a copy of order receipt.
Allow 2-3 weeks for processing payment refunds.
Shipper is not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation.
