During intense training and workouts one must eat balanced foods and also take supplements to feed your muscles. I take everyday my daily vitamins and 30 minutes before i workout i take 1 scoop of bcaa's , agma , core burner, l-carnitine and glutamine. After my workout I take one scoop of whey hydrolyzed protein. My daily food intake consists of a 5 meal plan given to me by my trainer and i eat every three hours. I try to excercise 5 to 6 times a week lifting weights and do cardio.
